What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days. We also provide international shipping to select countries.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

How do I determine the right size to order?

We provide a detailed size chart for each clothing item to help you find the perfect fit. Do note that measurements usually vary by about 1cm. If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Do you offer gift cards?

At the moment, we do not yet have gift cards. However, we are looking to make that happen very soon!

Are the colours of the clothing items accurate to what is shown on the website?

We make every effort to display the colours of our products accurately. However, the actual colours you see can depend on your monitor or device. If you have any concerns about the colour, please contact us for more information.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we have special pricing and discounts available for bulk or wholesale orders. If you are looking to be a stockist, please contact our sales team for more information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

How can I contact customer support?

You can reach our customer support team via email or Instagram. We’re here to help with any questions or concerns you may have.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. Please note that taxes and duties may apply to international orders.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Unless an item is on backorder, all items are processed within 1-3 business days. We will notify you via email if one or more of your requested items is temporarily unavailable.

Can I return an item that I purchased online?

Yes, absolutely. We issue refunds for certain unopened items in their original condition. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Once we receive the products you purchased and confirm that they are in their original condition, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase.

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, please follow these instructions: Contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. No returns will be accepted without an RA Number. If it is determined that we made a mistake or the product was damaged on arrival, we will provide a return label free of charge. Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the box.

What if I choose the incorrect shipping option?

We do not assume liability for the shipping options chosen by customers. If a customer chooses a shipping method that does not meet his or her needs, please email [email protected] and we will either amend the shipping method (if not already shipped) or refund the difference in cost. If the order has been shipped, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy, though please note the cost of shipping is non-refundable.

My item was damaged. How can I return it?

If you receive an item that was damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please save the box and packing material; we will provide further instructions on how best to return the item.
